About Roger

Roger has been serving as the Executive Pastor and Worship Leader since 2004.  Prior to serving at Piedmont, Roger served as the Minister of Music at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia from 1980 - 1988.  He then served as the Minister of Music at Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia from 1989 - 2001. 

Roger graduated from Georgia State University in 1978 with his Bachelor's degree and continued his education at Southwestern Seminary where he graduated in 1980.

Roger and his wife, Angela, have one daughter, Amy.

 To be a professional golfer, but it's not really a secret.

Go to a movie, play golf, and plant something new in my yard.
