About Jason

Jason has served at Piedmont as the Children's Ministry Pastor since June 2008.

Jason is a graduate of Valdosta State University, where he earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing in 1997.  In early 2004, Jason began his graduate studies at Liberty University Theological Seminary.  Jason completed his Masters of Arts in Religion (MAR) in May 2008.

Jason is also a full-time web and multi-media developer for an Alpharetta-based software company. Jason and wife Jessica have two of the greatest children in the world, Andrew and Lauren.

I have to pick just one?...how about three Tombstone, Madegascar, and the claymation Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Favorite book:
First and foremost, The Word of God. Other favorites include Crazy Love by Francis Chan, In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day by Mark Batterson, Think Orange by Reggie Joiner, and other leadership and educational books.

What's on your iPod (favorite music):
Third Day, Jeremy Camp, Toby Mac, Brandon Heath, Matthew West, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, Rush of Fools, Echoing Angels...just to name a few

What's your secret ambition:
 To be a professional fisherman and win the Bassmaster's Tournament

What would you do with a day off:
Spending the day with my wife and children in North Georgia, maybe at a state park so that we can hike, picnic, fish, and spend quality time together.
