| Ike has served at Piedmont Church since January 2006 (as Interim Pastor) and became the Senior Pastor in February 2007. Prior to Piedmont, over his career he was the Founding Pastor of NorthStar Church in Kennesaw, Georgia; he was the Lead Pastor at the North Campus of First Baptist Church of Atlanta; he was the Senior Pastor at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia (recognized as the 2nd fastest growing church in the Southern Baptist Convention under his leadership.) While serving at NorthStar Church and Piedmont Church, Ike was the Chief People Officer of Homebanc Mortgage in Atlanta, Georgia (recognized for four consecutive years as one of Fortune Magazine's Best Companies to Work For while he was the CPO.) Ike is the author of four books - Treasures from the Dark, Discovering Your Northstar, Discovering Your Northstar Journal and he co-authored a daily devotional book with Zig Ziglar, Daily Insights. Ike is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Mercer University (B.A. - Religion.) He earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Luther Rice Seminary. Ike and his wife Robin have two daughters - Danielle and Abigail and a beautiful granddaughter, Addison Ruth. |
| Roger has been serving as the Executive Pastor / Worship Leader since 2004. Prior to serving at Piedmont, Roger served as the Minister of Music at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia from 1980 - 1988. He then served as the Minister of Music at Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia from 1989 - 2001. Roger earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Georgia State University in 1978 and a Master of Church Music degree from Southwestern Seminary in 1980. Matt has been serving at Piedmont since 2005 in the Worship Ministry. Prior to serving at Piedmont, Matt graduated from Kennsaw Mountain High School where he refined his music skills in Band leadership, and as the worship leader for FCA.
Matt began teaching upperclassman at Mt. Paran Christian School in the Fall of 2008 in Applied Music specifically teaching students how to prepare for and lead worship, as well as Video Production.
Matt and his band lead worship for students and adults across the Southeast at camps, Disciple Nows, and other various events, keeping worship as a lifestyle at the forefront of their ministry.

Donna has been serving at Piedmont as the Lead Staff Associate since August 2007. Donna works with Dr. Ike Reighard, coordinates the ordinances of baptism and communion, directs the Human Resources of Piedmont, and coordinates the creative design team. Prior to serving at Piedmont, Donna served with Dr. Ike Reighard at New Hope Baptist Church , First Baptist Church of Atlanta, NorthStar Church, and Homebanc Mortgage. |

| Steve has been serving at Piedmont since 2007 as the Community Pastor. Prior to serving at Piedmont, Steve spent 29 years in the financial services industry where he held several senior management positions within the global capital markets specializing in investment banking and institutional sales. Steve attended the University of West Georgia where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. | Wayne began serving at Piedmont Church in February 2010 as an Interim Student Pastor. In January 2011, Wayne came on full-time as the Family Pastor and Facilities Adminstrator at Piedmont Church. Prior to serving at Piedmont, Wayne served as a Student Pastor at 2 local churches and as Corporate Chaplain/Tour Pastor for Taylormade Creations while on tour with several Christian bands. In addition, Wayne has also served for 12 years as the Senior Chaplain for Cobb County Police Department. Wayne and his wife Shelly have 2 beautiful children, Josh and Katie. TWITTER EMAIL |

Al began serving at Piedmont Church in November 2011 as Communications Pastor and Media A/V Technical Director. Al is best known for his concert ministry over the last 30 years. His years of experience with various church leaders and denominations, along with his leadership in youth and adult conferences around the country has proven to be most useful in how he connects with people and demonstrates a servant spirit. He has a heart to communicate the love of Jesus Christ and has done so as worship leader for Metro Bible Study, as interim Worship Pastor for Eastside Baptist Church, as a recording / concert artist, and as the founding pastor of Metro Church. |

| Dolores has been serving at Piedmont since 1996. Her current positions include Preschool Director and Piedmont Academy Executive Director. Prior to Piedmont, she served as Preschool Ministry Leader at Kempsville Baptist Church in Virginia and was an elementary teacher in Norfolk Public Schools.
Dolores earned an Associates of Education degree and then a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with dual certification: Nursery through Middle School. Dolores and her husband Micky have six sensational children: Katie, David, Paul, Peter, Rebecca, and Deanna |

Tony started working in ministry as a child evangelist over 30 years ago. He is best known for using original cartoon characters to communicate the gospel and teach Biblical truths. He is a graduate of Carver Bible College.
He worked as an Apartment Ministry Coordinator for The Atlanta Youth Project at Walton Communities from 2004-2011.
He is currently an evangelist with Ambassadors for Christ International USA and a chaplain with Oglethorpe University and with HeartBound Ministries (a prison ministry).
He and his wife Tracey have written 2 children's books published by Moody Publishing. They have 5 beautiful children Travis, Terrel, Tony Jr. (TJ), Tianna and Tiffani.
